Drastically reducing the use of fossil fuels and giving access to renewable energy in sufficient quantities for the needs will be the theme for the next 20 years. In the last 10 years, the sensitivity for environmental protection and the production of clean energy has grown globally, creating the conditions for projects and practices in favor of energy sustainability. Even in the poorest countries, the need for electricity has increased, consequently energy efficiency has taken on an increasingly primary role, giving rise to increasingly cutting-edge solutions with the aim of reducing consumption and pollution from fossil sources. The 2030 Agenda contains an action program for people, the planet and prosperity which incorporates Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs - into a large action program for a total of 169 'targets'. The official launch of the Sustainable Development Goals coincided with the beginning of 2016, leading the world on the way to go over the next 15 years: almost all the countries of our globe have committed to achieving them by 2030 . Common goals addressed to all individuals: no one excluded, much less must be left behind along the path necessary to lead the world on the path of sustainability.
